Rehabilitation of Dhamar Wastewater Treatment Plant
Comprehensive rehabilitation works were carried out at the Dhamar Wastewater Treatment Plant, including the rehabilitation of the largest treatment basin through the removal of more than 23,500 m³ of accumulated sludge and sediments, installation of over 31,800 m² of PVC waterproofing membranes, and execution of approximately 4,400 m³ of reinforced concrete works. The project also included the rehabilitation of a 588-meter overflow channel, construction of a new inlet basin, upgrading of transfer pipelines and screening systems, and installation of a solar-powered lighting system. These works significantly improved the plant’s operational efficiency and enhanced its environmental and operational sustainability.

Emergency Needs Project for WSLC – Hajjah
RWAD Construction successfully executed an integrated water infrastructure project, including the construction and commissioning of the "Ain Ali" pumping station in Hajjah City. The station is equipped with a 196 kW solar power system and has a capacity of 108 m³/h, encompassing full civil and mechanical works as well as a complete solar energy solution. The scope of work also extended to several districts (Sharas, Mubeen, Kuhlan, Afar, Abs, and Shahil)Hajjah Governorate, covering the construction and rehabilitation of pumping rooms for the "Al-Sharadiya and Al-Rabbah" stations, the supply and installation of 5 chlorination units for the Local Water and Sanitation Corporation branches, the improvement of the "Halhal and Sudan" water network, and the construction of a 56 m³ reinforced concrete reservoir in the Sudan area.

Amran Sanitation Improvement – Phase 1
This project focused on the rehabilitation and upgrading of the main wastewater treatment facilities in Amran City, including the improvement and rehabilitation of the anaerobic and maturation ponds, restoration of distribution and collection channels and chambers, and construction of new pond outlet structures. The works were implemented to enhance the treatment process, improve hydraulic performance, and increase the overall operational efficiency and reliability of the wastewater treatment plant.

Amran Sanitation Improvement – Phase 2
As part of the continued development and expansion of the Amran wastewater treatment plant, this phase included the construction of new sludge drying beds, execution of pump station civil works, and the supply and installation of two Archimedean screw pumps with a total head of 1.2 meters. The project aimed to strengthen sludge management operations, improve wastewater conveyance efficiency, and support the sustainable and reliable operation of the treatment facility.

Rehabilitation of Sewage System at Rada’a
Rehabilitation of the Sewerage System – Rada’a City, Al Bayda Governorate included upgrading and cleaning over 18 km of sewer networks, rehabilitating the main (4.7 km) and secondary (13.5 km) transmission lines, and exposing more than 100 manholes. At the treatment plant, four basins were desilted (17,100 m³) and refurbished, along with installation of valves, replacement of manhole covers, and construction of sludge drainage channels and treatment areas. Additional works included upgrading internal systems, installing solar-powered pumps, and constructing a final discharge channel, improving the overall efficiency and reliability of the sewerage system.
